Towne and Country Colonial was recommended to us in 1980.  We had bought a 2,700 sq. ft. house plus basement in Glen Ellyn that had been built in 1914.  Over the next 35 years they remodeled and decorated every room in that house.  They built a deck, a screened porch and installed a planting shed in the back yard.  They also did many maintenance and upkeep projects including building a custom cabinet to match existing bookcases.

In 2016 we moved to an 1,800 square foot condo on Michigan Avenue in Chicago.  It is in an older building which has some unique structural components and regulations.  Towne and Country Colonial gutted our condo and did a complete remodeling and decorating project, including moving walls to create a new room and other spaces.

Our experience with Towne and Country Colonial has been consistent.  For each project they set up timely appointments, arrived promptly, listened closely and noted each item in discussion.  They offered sound solutions for what and how to achieve the results we wanted.  A few days later they sent a clear, concise, and fair proposal.

The staff and crews of Towne and Country Colonial are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, polite, and respectful of us and our property.

We are more than satisfied with the workmanship and the finished products of Towne and Country Colonial.  We whole-heartedly recommend them without hesitation.
